Yet another Monday afternoon where, like always, I have nothing to do. Well, thats nothing that Radiohead can’t fix!
“Her green plastic watering can, for her fake chinese rubber plant, in the fake plastic earth that she bought from a rubber man..” Gosh I love this band. Theres nothing like Thom Yorkes angelic voice followed by soft guitar and bass perfection to sooth the soul. Now, where were we? Ah yes. T’is a monday afternoon. I have been informed that I am to do a whole website for Luke Obad. In exchange I get to split his hosting cost and use his hosting that he may be getting. Which is cool. I would like to play around with an actual paid hosting. Free-host’s can get sort of dry. So will Lukes site be super-uber-duper dope? Meh. It could. *plays the ultimate badass* Nah, I kid. Of course it will. Especially when I add the following features! Twitter Feed, Integrated Blog, Will Ferrell AND SO MUCH MORE.
So yeah, that’s what I will be up to. Im also thinkin of Vlogging? It would be kinda neat. Introducin myself to the youtube community? Yeah I’d be down for that.
Anyway, Im gonna go play some Sauerbraten. If that’s even how you spell that shit.

So I’m redoing this blog. Mostly because I am bored.. Oh! And cause’ Luke Obad has started a blog as well. So I thought, meh. Why not? WordPress will become the next facebook someday right? But yes, soon I will be posting a new “about me” portion of the site followed by filling in all of the information that I’m going to pour into the other pages. Except rants someday soon. No really. Soon.
But seriously. This blog will contain some awwwwesome material sometimes soon. Whether it be new tunes I’m making, photoshop tutorials or website tutorials. It will be handy to have. And you will thank me.

Anywhoo, for those who read this, lots of stuff has happened since the last time I’ve posted. I have made, and abandoned some sites. (again) I’m writing an album! Whoo! And so yeah I will be talkin about theese.

This was a website I rushed to make. It’s nothing special, it’s just a theme I guess. (since there is only one board) Yeah, I had hopes for it in the beginning but slowly got bored of it. So I made it’s sister site!!

Anyway, this is a site that I worked pretty hard on. It has a neat menu,
many boards, and a full skin which is really nice. I may have some hope distilled in it, but who knows.

The Luciforums - http://www.luciforum.proboards.com
Alright, this one takes the cake. The Luciforums (or TLF) was a forum
started by Arty, and myself. Arty was talking to me about how he wanted a forum that stood out from all of the RPG’s that have taken over proboards. I felt a similar way and right away we started searching for names. Upon listening to the song “luciforms” by the mars volta, Arty suggested, “Luciforums” and I was quick to agree. I spent a couple of days making a black and white themed skin that was both easy on the eyes, but kept a nice tidy structure to it. I was successful and the skin was finished on January 21st. (or so)
Unfortunately, traffic has been slow. We have been advertising like mad to get members to join, but it seems that Proboards RPG fad is taking over. What will we resort to? Bribery? Focusing a main theme for the forum? BECOMING AN RPG? (not likely) I guess time will tell.
ALBUM:
Noir - Edenwax
Some of you may know, (not likely either) that I am writing an album.
I actually wrote one last year called “Nevermind” but it was a failure attempt.
Then in November of 2009 I attempted to create a second album called “Fiction, False” it featured two songs, “The Television” and “The Gathering”. The Gathering was actually one of my first songs that never made it on the Nevermind album. Upon going over my songs again, I realized that it was a really nice song that should have been on the Nevermind album after all. So I put it in Fiction, False. Unfortunately, this album was never released anywhere. Although you can here “The Television” here.
But back to the point. I am writing my third album. The name, and the overall theme of the album was based off a dream I had. But this was no dream, it felt like I was watching a movie the whole time, and I remember it like a movie. Which is really strange. The dream was about this island. I’m guessing it was in the future as well. There was buildings on the island, basically a city had sprouted right in the middle of this tropical island. Then some kids stumbled upon a tomb. The tomb of Amara (or Noir apparently). Upon opening her tomb, she becomes awakened and kills the kids. (I’m guessing shes a god.) The weird thing was, I was one of the kids and I saw how she killed you. It was like passing out, except when everything fades to black, you can see yourself fall into a body of water. Your body is blue, hair is black, and you have no eyes. The weird thing is, the way I viewed this was I was looking up while underwater to see my body fall into the water. It was really strange. Then, you become one with your body and you sink into the water, and you see a bunch of brown, shriveled bodies with evil grins on their faces. Then the island sank.
Weeeeird dream eh? Yeah it messed me up for a day or two. Especially the shriveled people. Gah I get shivers even thinking about it. But yeah this is what I’m basing the album off of. Because I thought this dream was just amazing and perfect for a good album idea. (I like my crazy ideas) The album, so far has 2 partly recorded songs. I don’t expect it to be released until late summer? Maybe later? Although it does have some neat album art if you’d like to check em out. I will provide a link somewhere. The neat thing is, I will compile them all into an artwork book. (where the lyric book should be). There will be a certain number of albums made with each album cover too. So you can collect em all! Or pick the one you like the most. I like to give people options.
So yeah. Am I insane? Probably.

Holy jeez. It’s another weblog. I guess it’s really nothing special, but I thought posting random stuff would be fun. So who am I? Well, who arent I? I am Colin. Adurp. I love music, games, movies, friends and pretty much everything in between. I have an addiction to Dr.Pepper. I am a pretty laid back person. I can get a little random at times and will sometime overreact. But who doesn’t these days? Some of my favorite past-times include photoshopping stuff for websites, and making hilarious photos of people I usually don’t get along with :3. I love everything strange. I just don’t know why, but everything weird is great. Do you think you’re weird? Cool you sound like a good person!
